Step 1: Making a Hypnotherapy Appointment
Text Kay to set up an initial
consultation or an appointment regarding your first hypnotherapy session. She’ll discuss her fees and that she prefers to see clients for a minimum of three (3) sessions, regardless of your particular issues. Remember to tell her if you’re a student, a teacher, or currently unemployed. Kay accepts Zelle and PayPal (which include online fees).
Step 2: Completing Your Intake Form
Before your first session with Kay, please download and complete this fillable three-page Intake Form and Consulting Agreement . Just type into each field on your laptop or desktop, use the signature pad to sign it, add up the numbers to prove you're human and click SUBMIT. Then please text Kay to let her know.
Step 3: Targeting Your Issues
During your first session, you will discuss what you think is blocking you from achieving your goals. After listening, you and Kay will target your issues. She will then use the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to get you tapping, releasing, and letting go of those issues.
Following that, you’ll co-create a Guided Visualization hypnotherapy to utilize neuroplasticity as a shift in your mindset to empower and focus your mind to achieve what you want in your life. For example, you will discuss what you want, such as freedom from anxiety.
Step 4: Thinking Positive
Kay will ask you to choose a safe, beautiful place to go for “positive imaging”, such as a warm tropical beach, a mountaintop, a scuba diving descent, a canoe on a meandering river.
Step 5: Guiding You Through a Hypnotherapy Session
Finally, Kay will guide you through a Progressive Relaxation into a calm, relaxed hypnotherapy session, making the positive personalized suggestions you have already discussed, and create an audio recording of the entire session that she will email you. You can then listen to each one between sessions and on into the future.
